By this scheme government will waive admission fee to the various Government Colleges and schools in the Assam State. Under the scheme text books are provided for the UG and PG Students. - Government will provide Rs.1000 to the Undergraduate Students.
- Rs.2000 will be provided for the Post Graduate Level students to purchase the Text books.
- Text books and uniforms are distributed through the scheme.
- Through the scheme subsidy will be provided who has taken loan of Rs.50,000 for their education.
- By the scheme higher secondary level students will get benefit of free without any fee for the academic year.
